The Challenge

Life Force faced compounding design and system challenges that weakened trust, discoverability, and referral confidence:

An outdated WordPress website that no longer reflected the professionalism, quality, or reliability of the service
Low organic search visibility for high-intent caregiving and live-in care queries

My Role

I served as lead designer and marketing partner, owning strategy, design, and execution across Life Force’s print, digital and marketing initatives. I rebuilt the website in Webflow and unified messaging, visual identity, technical SEO, schema, and analytics into a scalable platform designed for trust, discoverability, and long-term performance.

I also led ongoing email marketing initiatives and developed the supporting print and referral assets used across campaigns, programs, and in-person outreach.
