The Challenge

Life Force Eldercare, a long-standing provider of live-in caregiving services, faced a significant gap in its brand visibility and lead generation due to an outdated website, fragmented marketing efforts, and minimal digital presence. Despite having an excellent reputation in the eldercare space, their online footprint did not reflect the quality or scope of services offered—resulting in missed opportunities to connect with social workers, case managers, and families searching for eldercare solutions.

Since 2007, I’ve worked closely with Life Force Live-In Caregivers, taking it upon myself to deeply understand their business, mission, and the unique challenges of their audience—particularly social workers, case managers, and families seeking elder care solutions.
