Professional Duplicating—a trusted partner for print, design, and marketing—was operating with an outdated website that didn’t reflect the full scope or quality of its services. Their digital presence was minimal, with low visibility in search results and virtually no lead generation from the website. The site failed to attract new clients, lacked modern branding, and didn’t communicate their core offerings effectively. Navigation was clunky, content was outdated, and they were missing key integrations to track or improve performance. Their online identity simply didn’t match the excellence of their in-house services.
To reposition Professional Duplicating for modern digital visibility and long-term growth, I focused on a scalable product-based strategy that supports both search engine performance and future e-commerce capabilities. I created detailed product pages for high-demand services such as business card printing, brochure design and printing, trade show materials, presentation folders, and direct mail marketing. Each product page was strategically written and structured to target keyword-rich search queries, while also laying the foundation for an eventual ordering system that allows users to select product type, paper stock, quantity, and other specifications.
To enhance the customer experience and site performance, I designed each product section with clean, intuitive navigation, mobile responsiveness, and fast-loading optimized graphics.
