While the Stottsville Inn had a longstanding reputation in the community, their outdated digital presence was not reflective of their vibrant dining scene, active entertainment calendar, or renovated atmosphere. Their website was an outdated WordPress website, which lacked an effective way to promote events or specials, and had no lead-generation strategy. The online marketing efforts were inconsistent, resulting in missed opportunities to engage new patrons and grow their audience.
To elevate Stottsville Inn’s marketing strategy, I introduced a targeted lead-generation campaign built around “Exclusive Specials” available only to email subscribers. I implemented a website pop-up form to capture email addresses, allowing us to launch ongoing email marketing efforts that deliver special offers not accessible to the general public.
To reinforce this initiative on-site, I designed double-sided acrylic table tents: one side encouraged guests to join the email list via QR code, and the other promoted the Inn’s weekly entertainment schedule, linking directly to the events page through a second QR code. This integrated approach increased customer engagement, expanded their marketing reach, and laid the groundwork for a sustainable digital communication strategy.
